Understanding Men’s Pelvic Health: Symptoms and Non-Invasive Treatments

In a recent segment on CHCH’s Morning Live, Erin Craven, CEO and founder of UROSPOT, highlighted the importance of men’s pelvic health in observance of Men’s Health Awareness Month.

Craven emphasized that both men and women possess pelvic floors, which play a crucial role in various bodily functions. She outlined common symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction in men, including urinary incontinence, frequent urination, erectile dysfunction, and pelvic pain.

To address these issues, Craven discussed non-invasive treatments available at UROSPOT. One such treatment involves sitting on a specialized medical chair that delivers electromagnetic energy to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles, resulting in thousands of contractions within a short session. This approach aims to strengthen the pelvic floor, thereby alleviating symptoms associated with its dysfunction.

Craven’s insights shed light on the often-overlooked topic of men’s pelvic health, encouraging individuals to seek appropriate care and treatment. Watch the interview.
